Evaluation Comments for Weber

  1. Weber is new, and was nervous at the beginning of this course. However, he really is a fantastic teacher, and the fact that he is a native speaker (from Switzerland) makes a huge difference. The atmosphere is very friendly in class, and he engages everyone which is so important in a class that meets every day. There are weekly verb quizzes, a few bigger quizzes and oral exams. As long as you do the homework regularly (almost always workbook stuff) you will be fine. If you don't do the homework and have to catch up later it makes it very difficult and time consuming. Great teacher! Really recommend Weber if you are taking Beginner French!

  3. Professor Weber is super friendly and his level of enthusiasm never drops (which is SO important in this kind of course!) This class was all I hoped for a in a Beginning French course.
