  2. Ricardo is a really nice professor. He engages the students to participate, which helped a lot since I needed practice in speaking Spanish. The workload isn't too bad, and the only complaint I had was the book we were reading for this class was really hard to understand.
  3. Ricardo is awesome. I did fairly average on all the tests and writing assignments, but my final grade was higher than what I was expecting. Definitly take this class with Ricardo
  4. Ricardo is excellent! Definitely take a class with him if you can. At first I was a little surprised at how unstructured the class was compared to Spanish 101 and 102 with other professors (and by unstructured I mean we didn't go page-by-page through the textbook, like we did in 101 and 102), but once I got past that the class became really fun. We read a great novel, and class was always discussion-based, which made for a really fun, relaxed atmosphere. He's lax about pretty much everything, from homework to attendance, which is really nice. Overall a great semester.
  5. this class was very friendly. there was not much homework type stuff (workbook etc), mainly short essays and reading. defiintely recommend it
