Evaluation Comments for S. Highfield

  1. Shirley was very friendly and I feel she has to potential to be an effective professor. What she needs to do is hold her students accountable for coming to class and doing assignments. Then, she must only tolerate Spanish in the classroom. Finally, she must incorporate more active dialogue and verbal participation in the classroom. There was too much time reading a book and too little of the Spanish fundamentals.
