  5. Professor Abbott is amazing, you should take any course he teaches.
  6. Abbott is a really great teacher! He explains things to you in a "real-life" wasy and really wants to make sure you learn. He is always availible and ofers lots of help sessions. If you must take Calc, choose abbott!!!
  7. Abbott is a great teacher and a wonderful person, if you have to take calc I take it with this guy!
  8. I struggled in the class, and Prof Abbott was willing to help, but often ended up canceling or showing up extremely late to any help sessions we set up. I didn't have much background in calculus at all, and I was told that this class would be perfect for me. What ended up happening was that students who had already essentially taken Calc I but either didn't have the credit or confidence to take Calc II entered the class. I ended up being way behind everyone else the entire time and gave up a lot of my free time to go for extra review sessions.
  9. Steve is a great guy and one of my favorite professors here. He will never be mean towards your mistake or sth, and he's active and funny.
