Evaluation Comments for Flynn

  1. Flynn provides a good grounding in basic moral philosophies and extends them to today's issues. Its not a hard class: 3 papers, discussions, short responses. Its fun, chill, and worthwhile as it deals with real issues.
  2. Flynn is fine, although not particularly scintillating. Workload is not bad... there are 3 papers and readings, but he goes over the readings in lecture so you don't need to do them. Topics are abortion, death penalty, animal rights, and global poverty.
  3. flynn is great... very nonpartisan approach to some of today's ethical issues. we covered abortion, death penalty, global poverty, and some animal rights. workload definitely not too bad.
