  2. A complete waste of time. I didn't learn a single thing all semester.
  3. This class requires almost no work, however my Spanish did not improve in the least.
  4. Chela does a great job with this class considering what she has to work with. This class seems to be the catch-all for students of varying spanish abilities and Chela does a good job making sure every one understands the material.
  5. Chela is a nice woman, but not the best teacher. The class is the same every day, there is almost no change. She assigns little homework and the class is by no means hard.
  6. I felt the time I spent in class was not well spent. I felt that I could have learned the information completely on my own. Chela is nice but can sometimes single people out. If you have a relatively strong background this class should be very easy.
  7. The material covered in this class could have been covered much easier and much more efficiently. Very little work with grammar ever got done, and if you didn't have strong verbal skills to start with, you're voice was easily lost in the class. This course usually comprises students of many different skill levels, and if you feel like you need notes, specific rules, language practice, and teacher feedback for improvement, I would not recommend this professor.
