Evaluation Comments for Brancoli Busdraghi, I

  1. Brancoli is my favorite Italian professor at Middlebury. She is very nice and understanding and I would take any class with her. This class was necessary to go abroad, which is why I took it, but Brancoli made it fun.
  2. theres more work than in 251, because readings are longer and you have to hand in more assignments. but brancoli is AMAZING, and makes the class environment soooo low stress and enjoyable. my italian improved a lot more than it has in another other class I've taken so far.
  3. Prof. Brancoli is the Mamma of the department. She's nice, amusing, knowledgeable, understanding, and always available when you need her! The book material is average, but I really enjoyed the filler activities like the debates. As for the screenings, some movies are boring, but others (La meglio giovent?, for example) were great!
  4. Ilaria is great-really cares about her students, but sometimes lets people get away w/ too much b/c she's so nice. She's very good at helping understand the literature and reviewing grammar and makes great Italian dinners!
