Evaluation Comments for Ralph J

  1. I enjoyed Professor Ralph's seminar. The readings were usually interesting (though they were also time-consuming) and the discussions lively. The discussions tended to focus more on how books are written and historiography rather than the topics themselves, so if you're not really interested in history as a discipline, it might not be what you're looking for. Professor Ralph is great -- a nice guy and very approachable, and very gung ho about Middlebury.
