Evaluation Comments for Monod P

  1. Monod is a great professor and an incredible funny person. However the subject matter is dry. Like another review said the class will make you a better thinker and writer if you take the time.
  2. This is a tough class, but well worth your while if you are interested in history. Monod is a great professor. This means you should be prepared to be held accountable for your interpretations and opinions. There is a lot of work involved, but hey, it's a reading seminar. Take this class if you want to learn and become a better thinker, writer, historian -- but do not if you want a bird course.
  3. This course might be interesting to someone with a deep interest in the subject but otherwise it is too much work and is graded pretty harshly.
