  2. Fernando rocks. Take this class. I was comfortably speaking portuguese in a few weeks. The tests are difficult, but all aspects of the class are close to equally weighted so the tests aren't a big deal like they are in some other classes. Definitely take this class if you're thinking about it.
  3. Professor Rocha is kind and encouraging. He keeps his students engaged and makes them fall in love with Portuguese. His expectations are realistic, but the curriculum is fast paced. After just one semester I found myself comfortably speaking Portuguese. I would recommend this class to any Spanish speaker.
