Evaluation Comments for Carletti, S

  1. Italian is one of my favorite classes! The class is fun and not too demanding but you still learn alot. This class has alot more italian history but its good to practice and to learn more about the country itself. Carletti is good at trying to get people to participate.
  2. Italian is so much fun! there isn't as much singing in second year, you read more. The quizes are every other week, not bad, as are the compositions. Carletti is good at getting people to participate and just speak in italian. It was a fun class and the work isn't too hard.
  3. Carletti is a truly talented professor. In saying this, I mean she knows how to teach, lead lively discussions, and draw great energy and ideas from the class. Also, the book and topic for this course are incredibly relevant and interesting. The class is taught in an engaging and hands on way through discussion, reading, film, writing, role-play, and song. GREAT j-term.
