Evaluation Comments for Smorodinska, T

  1. Tatiana is something of a mother to all the students in the Russian department. She's super nice and friendly, but that said, she can be pretty boring. Her class is pretty much straightforward lecture, with some activities sprinkled in. I guess that was her job as teacher of the main class, but I was never engaged in her class as I was in the drill section. She also has a penchant for assigning extra HW not listed on the syllabus, which could be confusing and time-consuming. It's still totally worth taking Russian though.
