Evaluation Comments for Xu W

  1. Xu Laoshi is a nice man and a good Chinese language professor, but his class taught in English was hardly ideal. The workload was surprisingly light for a lit class, but I always got the feeling in class that there was always a right answer. If you didn't contribute was Xu Laoshi wanted to hear, you might as well have not opened your mouth. Don't expect normal discussions in this class--the professor does most of the talking. Additionally, his grading methods were hard to figure out. If you need a CW credit, get it somewhere else...
