Evaluation Comments for Faraone, C.

  1. Worst class I've taken at Middlebury. The course lacked continuity, the work was "busywork", and the professors refused to clarify the most confusing subjects. Stay away from this class, even if you want a deductive credit. No one in my class enjoyed it, and your tuition can be better spent elsewhere.
  2. What a boring and unhelpful class. We could have talked more in depth about all the issues more, and it seemed like the two professors were always competing for attention and time. The plays themselves are very interesting, but the labs are irrelevant and uninteresting. Our professor was incredibly unhelpful for those students who did not understand the mathematics readily (he told us he wanted us to suffer!). I ended up spending a lot of time struggling with very little to show for it. To top it all off, the teachers act like this is the most exciting and innovative course at Middlebury. Would not reccomend AT ALL. There are much better options if you're trying to get your deductive credit.
  3. Not a great teacher, class is lots of busy work. Not recomend at all.
  4. The class content lacked overall continuity. But the discussions on the material were very interesting and thought provoking. I would have liked more structure and goal-oriented learning though, rather than simply discussion with no conclusion.
