  1. If you need to take a super easy class that is fun and interesting this is the course for you. Easiest A I have ever recieved. Carletti also really cares about Food and Food Studies. Though you may not want to eat a hamburger again after this class...
  2. Interesting and not too much work, but definitely not an easy A. I'd say it's easy to get a B+ but to get an A would take some time and effort.
