Evaluation Comments for Katz M

  1. It is a reading and discussion based course, so you'll only get as much out of it as you put into it. If you're looking for an easy A, I wouldn't recommend this course. I would recommend this course to someone who was either looking to expand upon their interest in Russian culture or expand the scope of their collegiate studies. Katz is one of the most likable teachers I've ever met.
  2. Take it with Davydov. Katz's grading is completely arbitrary.
