  2. Dorman is a very nice but pretty average teacher. Just comes to class and writes down everything on the board, not a particularly engaging teacher, but mostly effective I guess
  3. The material for this class is interesting enough. It's nice to take a math course so focused on practical applications. Prof. Dorman is a nice guy and very friendly, but his classes lack organization and fluidity. Fortunately, he's smart and always willing to help. Good class overall if you're willing to learn some of the material from the book.
  4. Dorman is very relaxed, but I really like him. His style is pretty straightforward, though he's sometimes a little spacey. Overall it's a good course and he's a good teacher. And he brings his dogs to exams, what more can you ask for?
