Evaluation Comments for Morkus, N

  1. Each Arabic professor has a different focus in their teaching, and Nader really focused on enhancing our speaking skills in this class. We did a lot of speaking in class, which was nice for my conversational skills. However, we didn't focus much on grammar, and I (and others in the class) really felt like that part of the class was lacking. This was Prof. Morkus's first semester at Middlebury, though, so I imagine he was feeling out how he was going to teach, so things may yet change. Overall he made class pretty fun, though, and was reasonable in grading.
