Evaluation Comments for Trombulak, S

  1. Steve is a very knowledgeable and helpful professor. I thought this class was interesting, but I wish it had a field component, as much of the material could have been presented more effectively in the field.
  2. Trombulak's big ego gets in the way of his ability to effectively impart information. He is sometimes friendly, but often angry, and in my experience tends to be rude outside of class. He made the freshman seminar class into a class on post collegiate professionalism, and seemed to care more about the placement of staples on papers than about the actual material. I plan to avoid taking classes with him for the rest of college, even though I intend to take several environmental studies courses.
