  2. You feel 300% smarter after taking russian 2! You can speak semi-literate sentences!
  3. Tough but rewarding - a well-taught course. Be prepared for a greater commitment than that in first-year Russian.
  4. Kevin is one of my favorite professors on campus. I had high expectations for Intermediate Russian after having Beginning Russian with Beyer and Sergei, but Kevin and Tatiana definitely rose to the challenge. Expect a lot more work in this class than in Russian 101-103. However, as the last commenter said, your Russian will REALLY improve.

  6. Intermediate russian is MUCH harder than first year. Be prepared to spend a lot more time learning vocab, especially verbs. That being said, Moss was great and really went out of his way to make sure we understood the grammatical concepts.
