Evaluation Comments for Lint, R

  1. Professor Lint is a nice guy. The class discussions weren't inspiring, but this is a good class to take if you like discussing race.
  2. Love Lint, he's a great guy and so willing to help with anything. The class was fun and really relaxed - though some of the readings were a little strange and difficult (Mieville particularly) it wasn't really tedious. Lint's grading seemed pretty fair to me and he's always ready to go over any questions on grading or papers. Overall, great class and even though I'm not going to be an AMST major, I'm for sure going to try to take another class with Lint.
  3. Although the course material became repetitive at times and somewhat boring Professor Lint manages to keep it interesting enough. He is an unbelievable guy and everyone should take a class with him.
  4. If you like learning about the construction of race in America, take this course. We also read The Hobbit and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Professor Lint is a nice guy and a fair grader, but his discussions could be very slow at times. The workload was very manageable compared to my friends' seminars
