Evaluation Comments for Price D

  1. This course was different from any other English class I've taken at Middlebury. Professor Price (humorous, approachable, dedicated to his students and the material) approached the novels from the standpoint of the writing - does the sentence work for you the way the author has fashioned it? Is this scene believable? Do the characters' actions resonate with all we know about them? Plus it's easy to get a good grade. And you get to read really great books.
  2. professor price is far and away the best professor i've had in my last 3 years at middlebury. no one should leave here without taking a class with him. not only is he hilarious, but he's incredibly intelligent and insightful. his classes are all around the most interesting and laid back classes you can take at middlebury.
  3. Professor Price likes to hear himself talk a little bit, although he's a great guy, lectures were hilarious and I definitely learned a lot about the books we read. He's an easy grader, I would highly recommend any class with him. Be sure to go to him if the paper assignment is at all unclear! I loved this class.
