  2. This course, like everything Hunisak teaches, is demanding. The actual day-to-day coursework isn't that bad, but his exams are beyond comprehensive. He expects every student to know the material in incredible detail. Having complete, and I mean complete, mastery of the information he presents in class and in the reading is the only way to do well. He is a tough grader but fair grader, especially when it comes to essays. He can be a little intimidating in class, but he's really not as bad as he might seem at first. You'll definitely have to work hard, but you'll also learn a ton.
  3. Most difficult class I've taken at Midd so far. Hunisak is very demanding and can be very intimidating. He will help you though. Prepare to feel less than smart in class and with papers sometimes. Exams are killer. Papers are doable. Don't take the class if you want an easy A. This is class is for the passionate and HARC majors only. Or for someone who wants a challenge.
