Evaluation Comments for Intro to International & Global Studies

  1. Do not this take this class if you are not an IGS Major. Although Stroup is knows her material, she never connects the readings and the lectures. Additionally, the midterm was bullsh*t. Everyone studied so hard to only have 50 mins on like 20 chapters of reading. She added unnecessary stress to everyones week after we got our results back and made no effort to address the fact that the majority of the class did not do well. This class is very broad and the connections are never highlighted. Overall, this class was not worth the time and effort I put into it.
